About Fruits and Vegetables

1. Fruits and Vegetables are less expensive than packaged snacks.
2. Chewing your fruits and vegetables are better for your health ( and pocket book ) than drinking them in a smoothie.
3. Fruit and veggies are packaged ready to eat and often serve as the perfect single serving: apples, cucumbers, oranges, bananas, a celery stalk for example
4. The brains of children develop at a higher rate with the addition of fresh clean fruits and veggies than with their packaged fast food counterparts.
About Food Choices
If you are fortunate to have access to today's food universe deciding what to eat where to eat and how often to eat can be daunting. But it does not have to be. Below you will find three categories of food lover remember you control what goes into your mouth. Are you a A. Omnivore = will eat just about anything which tastes good to you? B. Carnivore = prefer meat and eat it with almost every meal? C. Flexitarian = eat majority fruits and vegetables but eat anything with a face when in the company of others? D. A new category which you will learn about shortly a Reducitarian, someone who is trying to live green but satisfy their tastebuds via ABC on weekends? E. Vegetarian = eat fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts and animal by products? F. Vegan = plant based diet only?
